Title

Wellingtonia pine avenue, Sprotbrough - HLS06017

Description

Slide 9 - Leaving the Hall on our way to the village, we pass along a carriage drive, on each side of which are rows of Wellingtonia firs (natives of California). These form a grateful shade from the sun, and are perhaps as fine specimens of these kinds of trees, as can be found anywhere in Yorkshire.
