Stansfield Hall Junction, Todmorden - TAS001105
Originally known as White Platts Junction, the line to the right goes into Todmorden Station and that to the left joins the Manchester & Leeds Railway at Hallroyd Junction to continue into Yorkshire. Between the two lines is the 'Todmorden Triangle'.
Site of Eastwood Station in May 2013 - DNT00101
The station opened here when the section of the Manchester and Leeds Railway between Todmorden and Hebden Bridge was inaugurated in December 1840. The station closed in 1951 but the coal drops remained in use until the mid-1960s.
